In this campaign, we had listed activities and food from different parts of the world.
The audience is encouraged to check the boxes containing activities. I wanted to increase engagement by asking our audience to share an interesting story from one of the boxes they checked.
After completion of the Travel Bingo, they were asked to screenshot and tag us with two other friends. The purpose of this was to increase our overall reach.

Short videos are relatively easy to make. Users nowadays are usually scrolling quickly on social media platforms and their time is at a premium. As a start-up company, we could leverage the power of video marketing to promote the brand with creative and interesting content.
Oishii magazine is not a magazine tailored to popular taste in Singapore, because Singaporeans have a national fixation on “Kiasu”. Once those who take ‘free’ magazines have finished reading, they might think the information covered is unaffordable for them to experience. Therefore, for these people, we collaborated with Oishii magazine and came out with a travel-sized magazine.
This new pocket-sized magazine features things other than food, such as new places to explore or interesting activities to experience in a particular place. This is because such activities can’t be found in Singapore and Singaporeans are willing to pay to try something new. The coupons in the magazine are an additional incentive for them to try these activities since there is a ‘discount’ and they have already spent money on the magazine.
StudyDIY is the only educational agency that publishes magazines about study abroad. And also the only educational agency in Taiwan that publishes magazines about study abroad. I was the StudyDIY magazine Editor-in-Chief whilst working at StudyDIY.
With Issue 12, I decided to collaborate with the Department of Culture Affairs and Want Want China Times Media Group to gain exposure for prospective customers and brand followers.
The magazine offers readers an intelligent insight into the local lifestyles of the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, Philippines, etc. and presents distinctive school and course information.
Not only is our audience on YouTube, but as the internet's second largest search engine, YouTube can help improve our website SEO and overall brand presence.
YouTube allows the brand to present unique content that's easy for viewers to consume and share on any social platform.
For modern brands with an online presence, strong social media engagement is a sign that we are making an impact in the market.
Attract and reach more potential customers through content that resonates.
Education is a traditional industry, yet many of the products from StudyDIY are vacational education programmes (vacation+education), thus we need to add young and lively vibes to the brand by using digital enablement.
Focus on user journey, study what the users need and lead the engineers to optimise the website from visual changes to interaction.
Look for a way to get ahead of competitors with similar products and appeal more to customers.
I am a self-taught website analyst. After learning to use Google Analytics as a tool to study user journeys, I did just about everything to increase customer traffic, convert more leads and boost organic ranking.
Furthermore, I truly care about user experience in order to understand what visitors need on the website.
Now, StudyDIY is the only developed agency in Taiwan which has the online calculator, that means students and parents are allowed to compare prices from schools and courses anytime and anywhere as long as they have access to the Internet.
Chatbots are much more than simple conversational agents. They can deal with a wider range of customers' requests, such as students who are seeking help but live in different time zones.

The Idea and Hypothesis

2. To create interfaces which users find pleasurable and easy to use and to draw attention to the most important aspects of the website by moving the position.
3. To improve information architecture, visual and interactive design and to use clear language in order to avoid inessential elements.
